Samjon Seafood (PSARI PTY LTD) is a well-established seafood retailer located in Brookvale, New South Wales. Known for its premium quality seafood and exceptional service, we offer a wide variety of fresh and cooked seafood, including prawns, oysters, fish, calamari, and seasonal specialties. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations and drive the continued success of our store.

Salary Range: $70,000 to $85,000 er annum

Role: Full time

Location: Brookvale, NSW

Main Duties:

· Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficient and smooth service delivery.

· Manage seafood inventory, including ordering, stock control, and minimising waste to maintain freshness and quality.

· Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management to meet business targets.

· Develop and implement sales strategies to drive profitability and customer engagement.

· Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase foot traffic and brand awareness.

· Recruit, train, supervise, and assess staff to maintain high levels of performance and customer service excellence.

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with seafood suppliers, stakeholders, and the local community.

· Ensure outstanding customer service by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

· Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations, ensuring the highest hygiene standards.

· Analyse sales trends and customer preferences to optimise product offerings and pricing strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum of bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.

· At least 2 years of professional experience in a busy environment and possess knowledge of retail industry

· Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.

· Strong focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

· Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities to address challenges.
