We are looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations and drive the continued success of our store.

**Salary Range**:$70,000 to $85,000 er annum

**Role**:Full time

**Location**:Brookvale, NSW

**Main Duties**:

- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficient and smooth service delivery.
- Manage seafood inventory, including ordering, stock control, and minimising waste to maintain freshness and quality.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management to meet business targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive profitability and customer engagement.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase foot traffic and brand awareness.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and assess staff to maintain high levels of performance and customer service excellence.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with seafood suppliers, stakeholders, and the local community.
- Ensure outstanding customer service by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations, ensuring the highest hygiene standards.
- Analyse sales trends and customer preferences to optimise product offerings and pricing strategies.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a busy environment and possess knowledge of retail industry
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- Strong focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities to address challenges.
