MNP Security is actively recruiting casual, licensed Crowd Control Officers for immediate placement at some the region's busiest nightclubs, pubs, bars, and licensed venues. Whether you're an experienced professional or just starting out, we offer reliable shifts, a supportive team, and real opportunities to grow.

We're Looking For:

Casual Crowd Control Officers

Candidates must be confident, well-presented, and capable of managing dynamic and high-pressure environments with professionalism and calm authority.

Essential Requirements:
  • Current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control function
  • Valid First Aid & CPR certification
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage entry screening, patron behaviour, and incident reporting
  • Professional appearance and high personal standards
  • Availability for late night and weekend shifts
Highly Regarded:
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
  • Previous venue, pub, or nightclub experience
  • Driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Additional security functions (e.g. monitoring or bodyguard functions)
