About the Role

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and building strong partnerships across a national logistics network, focusing on our Regional network?

Bega Group is seeking a dynamic and commercially savvy National Distributor Network Leader to lead our distributor network operations and support regional growth through relationship management.

Head office is Docklands however this role can be based in any of our sites around Australia.

Responsibilities

• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with COR, OH&S, and Cold Chain standards.
• Support distributor network operations to enable cost efficient, safe and high-quality product distribution.
• Resolve systemic logistics issues and drive delivery performance improvements.
• Manage service fees, remote freight, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Support strategic development and collaborate cross-functionally for continuous improvement.

About you

• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and drive value from distributor P&Ls.
• Proven planning, prioritisation, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Deep understanding of logistics distribution models and route-to-market strategies.
• Proficiency in COR compliance, reporting, and network strategy.
