Our Manufacturing Plant is located at Botany NSW and is a 24/7 operation producing many of our well recognised brands. As a Production Operator you will work with our processing and packing machinery all whilst maintaining our high safety and quality standards.

We will provide all necessary and on-going training to succeed in this role and build a career in our Manufacturing Plant. We offer an attractive market-based pay rate (including shift allowance) and benefits for the successful candidate.

  • We have roles available on our day roster working 7pm-7am shifts on a set roster.
  • We're looking for someone with the following skills, experience & attributes:
  • Machine operator experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in food production is preferred
  • A team player with a strong focus on maintaining a high level of safety and food quality
  • Current forklift license is desirable however not essential
  • Effective communication, numeracy and literacy skill
  • Trouble shooting skills and the ability to use your initiative
  • Ability to work 12-hour shift and occasional weekends
  • An understanding of HACCAP, GMP and food safety is ideal

The plant is located at Botany. Must be able to travel to this location. There is parking onsite available.
