- Casual Rate: $48.51 to $53.95 p.h. (AO3)
About your opportunity
Provide high quality administrative and secretarial support to the departments within the Surgical Service Group to support the effective delivery of management services within the service group.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated achievement in delivery of high quality administrative and secretarial support at a management level.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workloads with competing deadlines whilst working autonomously.
- Sound experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) and other hospital information systems including S4Hana, RMS, Springboard and myHR.
- Demonstrated ability in meeting management including minutes, agendas and monitoring of actions from meetings.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
