Surdex Steel is a dynamic leader in the steel industry, offering a comprehensive steel distribution service throughout Victoria.

An excellent opportunity currently exists for an experienced Store Person at our Geelong branch.

Monday to Friday 1pm to 9pm

Working within a fast paced environment the main duties include warehousing and distribution of steel products using forklifts and picking orders, unloading and stacking materials.

To succeed in this role, applicants must have:

  • Previous warehouse and distribution experience
  • A current forklift license (this is essential)
  • Overhead crane experience is desired but not essential
  • A current heavy vehicle truck license would be an advantage but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • A 'can do' attitude and honest work ethic
