Ascot, Queensland, Australia Brisbane Racing Club Full time

Are you a detail-driven organiser who loves creating seamless experiences behind the scenes?
Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working with people, and feel at home juggling multiple priorities with a smile? If you're looking for a role where your organisational skills and customer-first mindset truly make a difference — then we want to hear from you.

Brisbane Racing Club is on the lookout for a Membership & Ticketing Coordinator to support the delivery of exceptional service to our members, race day patrons, and valued stakeholders. Working as part of our energetic Membership Team, you'll play a key role in managing ticketing operations, supporting member engagement, and assisting in the delivery of race day experiences.

From handling membership renewals and ticketing logistics to being on the ground on race days ensuring things run smoothly, this role puts you at the heart of the action. You'll also work closely with our Owners' Experience and Events teams, helping bring to life the premium service Brisbane Racing Club is known for.

This is a Monday to Friday role, but flexibility is essential — especially during race weeks and major events.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who's calm under pressure, passionate about great service, and thrives in a team environment. You'll also bring:

  • 1–3 years' experience in ticketing, events, or customer service roles (preferred).
  • Familiarity with ticketing platforms and CRMs is desirable.
  • Great communication skills — confident in writing, over the phone, and in person.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Availability to work weekends and after-hours during major racedays.
  • A collaborative spirit — you're ready to jump in and support the team wherever needed.

What We Offer

At Brisbane Racing Club, you'll be part of one of Queensland's most iconic venues — where tradition meets innovation. We offer:

  • A dynamic and supportive workplace where every day is different.
  • The chance to be involved in some of Brisbane's most exciting race days and events.
  • Staff discounts on dining, hospitality, and club facilities.
  • Opportunities to grow and develop your career in the sports and events industry.
  • A welcoming, team-first culture where your work is valued and recognised.

If you're ready to bring your passion for people, events, and seamless operations to a role that keeps you engaged and on your toes — this could be the perfect next step.

Apply now and help us create unforgettable experiences at Brisbane Racing Club.
