What does a day in the life look like?

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you are the face of our stores You'll be at the heart of our operations, delivering top-notch service and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Helping customers with their queries and providing expert advice
  • Replenishing stock and keeping our shelves neat and tidy
  • Assisting customers at the Point-of-Sale (POS) system to ensure smooth transactions
  • Setting up displays that bring our promotions to life and wow our customers

What are we looking for?

  • Have a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering amazing customer service
  • Work well both independently and as part of a team – you know how to collaborate and get things done
  • Have an eye for detail and a knack for keeping things organised
  • Are excellent communicators – you can talk to anyone with ease
  • Are eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
  • Pharmacy product knowledge is a bonus – but we'll teach you what you need to know
  • S2 & S3 training or Community Pharmacy certifications (I–III) are a plus
