Norco AgriSolutions have been serving customers since 1948 with 26 retail stores across NSW and QLD, Animal Nutrition stockfeed mills and an in-house commodity trading team.

About the role:

We have a fantastic role now available for a reliable and motivated truck driver to join the hardworking team in Toowoomba to deliver high-quality agricultural solutions and animal stock feed to our customers on a casual basis.

You will be part of a supportive team committed to excellent service and safety.  This is a physical role that involves lifting and manual handing, as well as driving.

If you are self-motivated with a keen interest in an agricultural environment, this role could be just what you are looking for.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Safely operate HR class vehicles.
  • Load, transport and deliver, safely and reliably, agricultural products and stock feed in an auger truck to customer's business and farms, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Maintain delivery schedules and customer service standards.
  • Complete vehicle checks and documentation requirements.

What You'll Bring

  • A valid HV driver's licence (min HR required, MC preferred).
  • Forklift licence.
  • Minimum of two years HR driving experience preferred.
  • A strong safety mindset and reliable driving history.
  • Punctual, flexible and reliable for shifts.
  • Physically fit for the manual aspects of role with an understanding of correct manual handling procedures.
  • Safety focused and able to model safe work practices.
  • Great time management and communication skills.
  • A positive attitude, solutions focused with a proactive approach to work.
  • A willingness to learn (full training provided) and to assist in other areas of the mill as required.
