At Resly, we're shaking up the accommodation industry with our powerful SaaS platform built for property managers. We're now looking for an intermediate UX/UI Designer who isn't afraid to own the design process end-to-end.

If you've worked in a startup or small product team where you've worn multiple hats, this could be your next big move.

What you'll do

  • Own and drive the UX/UI design process for Resly's platform – from discovery to final handover.
  • Design clean, scalable interfaces that balance usability and visual appeal.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive UI kit / design system to keep our design language consistent.
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to deliver real value.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Onboarding teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Confidently manage design projects independently, prioritising tasks and delivering on deadlines.
  • Balance user-centred design thinking with practical technical considerations.

What we're looking for

  • Solid experience (ideally 3+ years) in UX/UI design, ideally in SaaS or startup environments.
  • B2B experience is ideal but not essential.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage your own design pipeline.
  • Strong visual design skills and attention to detail – you can take wireframes to polished UI.
  • Experience creating and managing design systems or UI kits.
  • Confident in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Great communicator – you can explain design decisions clearly to non-design stakeholders.
  • Passion for solving user problems and making complex workflows feel simple.
