An opportunity now exists for a Workshop Administrator to join our Perth branch.
About your new role:
The Workshop Administrator is responsible for assisting and supporting the branch with administration of day-to-day functions.
This role will report to the Branch Manager and will be aligned with the branch's commitment to exceptional service to all Cooper Fluid Systems customers. This is a vital role in the business and will be responsible for:
- Utilising relevant computer-based job management systems to process jobs for the workshop.
- Data entry, Workshop staff time allocation and time sheet management.
- Liaising with workshop staff and purchasing department to organise job parts.
- Ensuring that the processing of paperwork is performed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assisting with implementation and transitioning of a new ERP system.
- Processing some incoming and outgoing deliveries for the business.
- Assist with ensuring a high level of customer service from the branch.
What you will need to succeed:
The successful applicant will ideally have the following:
- Proven experience in a similar position / administrative role.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders of all levels both within and external to the organisation.
- Ability to work autonomously and self-driven.
- Experience using computer-based ERP systems such as Microsoft D365.
- Basic knowledge of workshop, service and general office administration would be helpful.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Prior experience within the Industrial, Mining, Agriculture or Defense markets would be beneficial, but not essential.
