Bright Achievers Childcare & ELC is a warm and inclusive centre dedicated to providing high-quality early education and care in a nurturing environment. We are seeking a passionate and committed Certificate III or Diploma Qualified Nursery Room Leader to join our growing team.

About the Role:

As a Certificate III or Diploma Room Leader, you will:

  • Support the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences.
  • Build positive and trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care.
  • Contribute to maintaining a welcoming and stimulating learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive team of educators and management.

What We're Looking For:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or working towards).
  • Current Working With Children Check.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain).
  • Child Portection Certificate Obtained.
  • Strong communication skills and a caring, professional attitude.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
