We currently have a variety of permanent part-time positions available in our vibrant aged care facility situated in the coastal town of Ballina in Northern New South Wales.

Care workers that are available to work night shifts will be highly regarded.

The Opportunity

• Permanent part time opportunities
• Competitive base hourly rate of $34.77
• Penalties & Shift loadings can increase hourly rate to $60.85 per hour
• Salary packaging (up to $18,550 per annum) resulting in less tax and higher take home pay

Key Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading care services to our residents, ensuring their days are filled with smiles
• Respond promptly to resident needs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation

About You

• A Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care is essential
• Previous experience in aged care, healthcare, or personal support roles preferred (entry-level candidates with relevant qualifications will be considered)
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks and assist residents with mobility (training provided)
• Have compassion, empathy, and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of aged care residents
• Must be reliable, adaptable and accountable
• Consistently demonstrate humility, integrity, respect, and curiosity
• Able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
