Hello, we're Perth Audiovisual.

We're passionate about all things audiovisual, and our thriving Sales & Installation Division is looking for Senior and Mid-Level Installation Technicians and Service Technicians to join our expanding team.

At PAV, we design and deliver tailored audiovisual solutions for hospitality, corporate, education, and mining sectors—plus specialised AV installations for museums, galleries, stadiums, civic spaces, sports centres, and places of worship.

What You'll Do

Work with our Bayswater-based Sales and Project teams to deliver high-quality commercial AV installations across Perth and regional WA.

You'll receive comprehensive support including documentation, training, testing equipment, vehicles, and tools—so you can focus on delivering exceptional results.

No two days are the same. You'll work across a diverse range of projects, integrating reliable and innovative technology tailored to each client's space.

What You'll Bring

Essential:

  • 2–3+ years AV or related industry experience
  • Proven installation skills in AV/VC systems (PA, projection, LED walls, motorised screens, VC equipment, etc.)
  • Cable management, termination, and rack-building experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Clear communication and teamwork skills
  • Capable of both leading small teams and working independently

Highly Desirable:

  • Control system and DSP experience
  • Familiarity with video conferencing platforms
  • Broader knowledge of AV integration principles
