The Admin Services Officer, Daily Organisation is accountable to the Principal via the Deputy Principal. The incumbent utilises highly effective interpersonal skills in dealing with staff, students, parents and the broader community. This role will provide back up support to the Office Manager and other members of the Administrative Team as required, including student and public-facing roles.

What you will do:

  • Providing daily support to Leaders in all aspects of staff absences and lesson/supervision relief management

  • Maintaining the school's TRT Register, ensuring that records are updated regular and a suitable pool of TRTs exists.

  • Ensuring enrolments are accurately and compliantly processed within an agreed tight timeline

  • Undertaking accurate and consistent data entry and reporting as required by the school

  • Working collaboratively with Admin Services Support Officer by answering enquiries when required, includes both via telephone and face to face.
