their full potential? Brimbank City Council is seeking a dynamic and
experienced Learning and Development expert to join our team. This is an
exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact across all roles within our
organisation.

The City of Brimbank is one of the largest
municipalities in metropolitan Melbourne. Only 10 kilometres west of Melbourne,
it's the vibrant and diverse gateway to Melbourne's western suburbs and
regions.

As a member of the People, Culture and Wellbeing
team this role will support compliance and capability uplift across the
organisation, implementing key workplace and workforce development programs
around leadership and corporate compliance as well as team cultural development
initiatives.

We are currently seeking
a permanent staff member to join our team based at our offices in
Sunshine.

You will:

  • Design and deliver blended
    learning solutions using digital tools to create flexible and innovative
    learning programs
  • Partner with the business to
    implement learning and development programs aligned to priority needs
  • Develop and implement the
    corporate development calendar
  • Provide advice and support
    on Employee Development
  • Report on Employee
    Development activity

To be
considered you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in
    designing blended learning solutions using digital tools to create
    flexible and innovative learning programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in
    capability development and learning with a sound knowledge of adult
    learning principles and enablement of effective development outcomes
  • Communication skills with
    the demonstrated ability to build rapport with people at all levels of the
    organisation
  • Possesses strong data
    analysis and reporting skills
  • Proven facilitation and
    delivery skills
