Are you an organised and friendly professional looking for a flexible administration role where you can truly make a difference? Vincent Court Aged Care is seeking aAdministration Officer to join our dedicated team on a casual basis 

In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our facility runs smoothly by handling a variety of administrative and customer service tasks. From greeting visitors at reception to assisting with resident admissions, finance tasks, rostering, and general office duties, your contribution will help create a welcoming and well-organised environment for our residents, families, and staff.

We're also happy to offer a range of shifts for the right candidate, with opportunities to work as an all-rounder across different areas of our organisation. This may include providing support in care services, administration, and other operational tasks, giving you variety in your work and a chance to be part of multiple aspects of our team.

What You'll Be Doing: 

  • Managing front desk reception, providing a warm and professional welcome to residents, families, and visitors.
  • Assisting with resident admissions, including documentation and data entry.
  • Supporting finance and payroll processes, including invoicing and payment coordination.
  • Handling staff rostering and scheduling to ensure smooth operations.
  • Providing general office administration and clerical support.
  • Assisting staff with HR-related tasks, record-keeping, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensuring all inquiries—whether in person, over the phone, or via email—are handled efficiently and professionally.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in aged care, finance, HR, or a similar setting (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong administrative and customer service skills, with the ability to multitask and stay organised.
  • A positive, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Police clearance (or willingness to obtain).
