Mission
Own the end-to-end automation architecture for the Change Management function – covering NSM/Helix integrations, rules engine, data model, and security/NFRs – while leading the Design Authority to deliver a scalable, compliant, and high-performing solution.

How You Will Contribute

  • Develop High- and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD) for automation components including risk scoring engine, evidence gates, conflict detection, approvals routing, audit trail, and dashboards.
  • Define NSM/Helix integration patterns (APIs, webhooks), identity and segregation of duties, logging, and observability frameworks.
  • Own the data model, reporting schema, and non-functional requirements (performance, availability, and security).
  • Maintain the architecture runway, decompose into epics and PI objectives for delivery.
  • Lead design reviews with technical stakeholders, resolving architectural constraints and trade-offs.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years' experience in architecture within Telco operations or ITSM environments.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in NSM/Helix integration, API and automation design.
  • Deep understanding of automation/rules engines, workflow orchestration, and event-driven architectures.
  • Proven capability in "security by design" – covering SoD, auditability, performance, and resilience patterns.
  • Practical experience with REST/JSON, message queues, CI/CD, Git; Power BI for data/reporting models.
