Join a leading digital media organisation at the forefront of customer and subscription innovation. As a Solution Architect, you'll play a key role in shaping the next generation of subscription, billing, and payment platforms across some of Australia's most iconic brands.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for end-to-end architecture delivery — from concept and design through to vendor selection, implementation, integration, and migration. Working within a modern Salesforce and cloud environment, this role will partner closely with product, technology, and commercial teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own solution architecture across subscription, billing, and payments domains.
  • Lead the full lifecycle — design, vendor evaluation, integration, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to ensure architectural alignment.
  • Oversee integration between Salesforce and core customer systems.
  • Drive migration strategies to modern, cloud-based platforms.
  • Document architecture standards and govern solution quality.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end solution architecture in enterprise environments.
  • Strong background across Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce (CRM, Marketing Cloud, or Billing).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Cloud integration experience (AWS, APIs, microservices) highly regarded.
  • Media, telco, or digital product background advantageous.
