The opportunity
Delaware North Australia is hiring a casual Spa Therapist to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, Northern Territory. In this role, you will perform professional spa and beauty treatments with care in this idyllic setting, featuring eight spacious treatment rooms and four couple suites, all with tropical courtyard views, creating a guest experience set up for success. We are seeking a well-presented and service-driven team member who will prioritise the guest experience. Join our collaborative team and provide guests with a truly relaxing experience alongside skilled and passionate team members.

What will you do?

• Confidently deliver 5-star guest experiences, including facials, full-body massage, and body treatments and rituals
• Create bespoke and unforgettable guest experiences within a supportive and collaborative team environment
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and treatments available, making recommendations to guests to meet their needs
• Maintain a clean and welcoming treatment space

More About You

• Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or Massage
• Experience in a 5-star spa setting is beneficial
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Students and graduate therapists are welcome to apply, as extensive in-house training is provided
