The Role

The Practice Manager oversees all operational and administrative aspects of the practice. This includes working with the Director to lead and support clinicians and administrative staff, ensuring efficient systems, and maintaining a high standard of client experience.

Key Responsibilities


• Oversee daily practice operations, including diary management, financial procedures (including productivity reports), and WHS.

• Liaise with clinicians and admin staff to ensure smooth workflow and adequate support.

• Manage client record systems, IT infrastructure, and compliance.

• Generate clinical and financial performance reports.

• Lead, mentor, and train administrative team members.

• Assist in strategic planning and business development with the Director.

• Coordinate administration recruitment, as well as onboarding, and HR documentation.

• Manage client feed back.

Skills and Attributes


• Proven leadership and organisational skills.

• Experience in healthcare or allied health practice management is preferred.

• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.

• Sound understanding of privacy, confidentiality, and compliance.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Xero, and practice management software.

• Ability to work autonomously with initiative and accountability.

• Current DCSI clearance and First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain).

Salary and Benefits

$75,000 - $80,000 + superannuation (FTE - negotiable based on experience).
