The Role
We are looking for an experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic or Plant Mechanic for a Field Service Mechanic role. Position based in Stapylton QLD.
Key Duties
- Servicing and repair of plant equipment.
- Diagnose machine issues and assist in finding solutions.
- Provide professional customer service.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure correct use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Ensure all quality assurance requirements and expectations are met.
- Assist in the training of staff as required.
What You Will Need
- Australian recognised trade qualification (Plant or Diesel Mechanic).
- 3 years + experience working with heavy earth moving equipment.
- Exposure working with hydraulics and electrics.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent problem solver.
- High attention to detail.
