About the Role

The shift pattern is a 7-day fortnight roster

Day Shift - 6:00am to 6:00pm

Night Shift – 6:00pm to 6:00am

A s a Process Worker at breadsolutions', you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations.  You will be responsible for a range of tasks involved in the production and packaging of our high-quality baked goods.

At all times, a Process Worker is required to work in accordance with company policies and designated standard operating procedures. A Process Worker is also required to ensure that, at all times, they comply with the company's safety, hygiene and food safety standards.

What you'll be doing

• Support the production process via the performance of various activities on the production floor
• Perform manual handling tasks
• Assist in machine operation across various departments of the factory floor
• Ensure that, at all times, all food safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards are met / exceeded (incl. BRC, HACCP, GMP and the Bread Solutions Food Safety Program BSFSP)

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment
• Experience working with live product (e.g., dough or other active ingredients)
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Solid understanding of HACCP, GMP, and QCP requirements
• Comfortable using technology (e.g. iPads or other digital tools for data entry)
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
