The Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network runs from Kangaroo Island to Eudunda, wrapping all the way around our metropolitan areas (this position is on Kangaroo Island).   • Lead and coordinate nursing and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity, quality, and safety in patient care delivery.
  • Drive improvements in models of care, championing person and family-centred approaches aligned with best practice and evidence-based standards.

  • Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and creating learning opportunities to build team capability and performance.

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW/WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS?
