What You'll Be Doing:

"Ingot – Your Home Away from Home" Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

"Always Strive for Improvement" Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns with a problem-solving mindset, always aiming to exceed expectations.

"Our Customer is Our Priority" – Answer phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring seamless reservations and exceptional service.

"Live Local, Reach Global" – Represent our hotel with pride, catering to both local and international guests with world-class hospitality.

About You:

  • Experience with OPERA Cloud (or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and an excellent phone manner.
  • A passion for exceptional customer service.
  • High attention to detail and a polished presentation.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a love for the hospitality industry.
  • Availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays (Morning: 7 AM – 3 PM, Evening: 3 PM – 11 PM).
  • Night Audit (11 PM – 7 AM) may be required on occasions.
  • A current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
  • RSA Certificate preferred (or willingness to complete).
  • Must be able to drive our 9-seater courtesy van, ensuring safe guest transport.
  • A valid Australian driver's license is required; a clean driving record is a bonus
