**What You'll Be Doing**:
**"Ingot - Your Home Away from Home"**Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.
**"Always Strive for Improvement"** Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns with a problem-solving mindset, always aiming to exceed expectations.
**"Live Local, Reach Global"** - Represent our hotel with pride, catering to both local and international guests with world-class hospitality.

**About You**:

- Experience with **OPERA Cloud**(or similar) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and an excellent phone manner.
- A passion for **exceptional customer service**.
- High attention to detail and a polished presentation.
- A **positive, can-do attitude** and a love for the hospitality industry.
- Availability across a 7-day rotating roster**,** including weekends and public holidays (Morning: 7 AM - 3 PM, Evening: 3 PM - 11 PM).
- Night Audit (11 PM - 7 AM) may be required on occasions.
- A current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
- RSA Certificate preferred (or willingness to complete).
- Must be able to drive our 9-seater courtesy van, ensuring safe guest transport.
- A valid Australian driver’s license is required; a clean driving record is a bonus
