About the role  As the Gardener, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the grounds of The Ville Resort-Casino, Ardo and Townsville Entertainment Convention Centre. Your primary focus will be maintaining the gardens and lawns to ensure their health, beauty, and vitality. You will work collaboratively within the engineering team to create visually appealing and sustainable outdoor environments.

About You

• Current Class C Driver licence
• Demonstrated experience as a Gardener or in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of plants, horticultural practices, and landscaping principles
• Strong design skills and the ability to create aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather condition
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
