- Lead and coordinate Service Entry, Complex Case, and Root Cause Analysis Reviews

- Prioritise and implement Continuous Improvement projects that align with operational and strategic goals
- Apply your knowledge of the Human Services Quality Frameworks and upcoming changes to the Aged Care Act and Standards to inform best practice
- Create and deliver tools, systems, and training to empower teams in delivering quality services
Skills and Experience:
- Proven project management experience, preferably in human services or healthcare
- Experience leading or supporting change management initiatives across teams or organisations
- Strong background in continuous improvement, quality, and governance frameworks
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify systemic themes
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Aged Care Act and associated reforms (highly regarded)
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders with empathy, clarity, and confidence
- A collaborative approach and a willingness to contribute to a supportive, high-performing team
Essential Requirements For The Role

We are more than colleagues — we are a team that supports each other, learns from one another, celebrates wins, and even shares a few laughs along the way. If you value a workplace where team culture matters as much as technical skill, this is the place for you.
