The role
We are looking for a dynamic IT professional to act as the primary liaison between the business and IT.
This role is essential in shaping portfolio plans, streamlining business engagement, and converting strategic needs into impactful IT projects.
With a customer service mindset and a deep understanding of business drivers (sales), you will ensure IT initiatives are aligned with business priorities, delivering measurable value and fostering innovation across the organisation.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the business to align portfolio plans, shape business cases, and engage relevant Committees, incorporating stakeholder needs and data opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to enhance understanding and integration of IT solutions across business areas.
- Translate business needs into actionable IT projects, guiding them from ideation through feasibility and delivery.
- Support executive endorsement of IT investment initiatives.
- Lead consistent evaluation and appraisal of component projects and programs.
- Act as the regional ambassador to IT, driving innovation and maximizing ROI through market-differentiating solutions.
What You'll Bring

- Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT and business, with strong exposure to SAP Supply Chain, Procurement, or Manufacturing.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, strategic planning, and policy development.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a customer service mindset and sales experience.
- Experience in global, multicultural environments; change management and certifications like ITIL or PMP are advantageous.
