We are looking for full time Assistant Manager that has a genuine interest in motivating their staff to helping customers get the most out of their mobile phones and tablets. If you are glued to your phone and understand that importance that mobile phones play in our daily lives then this is the ideal role for you.

Our focus is purely on the customer experience, we train our staff to identify issues and provide solutions and leave our customers feeling educated from a brand they can trust.

Ideal experience:

  • Able to work independently with motivation and initiation
  • High energy, upbeat presence on the floor
  • Know how to keep staff motivated
  • Believes in educating customers, not pushing sales on them
  • Competitive when it comes to smashing targets and grow daily sales results
  • Previous Management/2IC Shift running experience
