What's the role on offer?
Based at our Perth Store, the
Stores Supervisor
is a critical leadership role responsible for managing daily store operations and providing remote oversight of the Darwin Store. This role supports our engineering maintenance activities by ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective logistics and inventory management.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Directly supervising Perth Store operations, ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency.
• Providing remote oversight of Darwin Store processes and inventory.
• Managing inventory to support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
• Reviewing and updating policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Assisting with procurement and rotable repair management.
• Training, mentoring, and developing staff.
• Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and freight companies.
• Supporting audit and compliance requirements.

Who we are looking for:
Our ideal candidate is an experienced logistics and warehousing professional with proven supervisory capability, preferably within aviation. You'll have strong leadership skills, a practical approach to problem solving, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Your knowledge and skills will include:

• Qualifications in Aviation, Supply Chain or a related discipline (desirable).
• Forklift Licence, Dangerous Goods – Shippers Certificate, and Driver's Licence (desirable).
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and warehousing practices.
• Experience with computer-based inventory systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving ability.
• Flexibility and willingness to undertake varied tasks.
• Demonstrated experience in aviation logistics and supplier management.
