We're looking for a Fellow of ACEM to join a growing Emergency Department in one of WA's key regional hubs — a vibrant coastal town just a short flight from Perth. Enjoy stunning beaches, a welcoming community, and a fulfilling career.

What's on Offer:

  • Permanent full-time Consultant role
  • $397,264 – $504,517 p.a. (based on experience)
  • Up to 12% superannuation
  • Salary packaging up to $19,000 p.a.
  • Relocation support
  • 3 weeks paid professional development leave + study allowance
  • 4 weeks annual leave + 10 personal leave days
  • Non-clinical time for leadership, QI, and teaching

About the Role:

  • Join a fully accredited ACEM training site
  • Multidisciplinary team including FACEMs, SMOs, registrars, and residents
  • Telehealth support to regional and remote areas
  • Strong teaching, mentorship, and QI culture
  • Newly redeveloped hospital with:
  • Expanded Emergency Department
  • New ICU/HDU
  • Integrated mental health units
  • Future radiation oncology services

What We're Looking For:

  • FACEM or equivalent
  • Eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia
  • Broad experience in hospital emergency settings
  • Interest in teaching, leadership, and continuous improvement
