About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Embroidery Digitiser to produce high-quality digitised artwork for embroidery production. The ideal candidate needs to have a strong understanding of stitch types, densities, and logo efficiency, with the ability to create clean, production-ready files that sew out perfectly.
While this role can be done remotely, preference will be given to candidates based in Perth or Brisbane where they can have access to embroidery machines for test runs and sampling.
Key Responsibilities
- Digitise customer logos and designs for embroidery production
- Optimise stitch types, paths, and densities for different fabrics and applications
- Conduct test runs and make necessary adjustments to ensure stitch quality
- Collaborate with our production team to ensure designs meet quality standards and timelines
- Maintain organised design files and communicate updates effectively
About You
- Proven experience with embroidery digitising (Wilcom or equivalent software)
- Strong understanding of embroidery techniques, machine settings, and materials
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and file management skills
- Located in Perth or Brisbane (preferred, but remote applicants welcome)
