**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Digitise customer logos and designs for embroidery production
- Conduct test runs and make necessary adjustments to ensure stitch quality
- Collaborate with our production team to ensure designs meet quality standards and timelines
- Maintain organised design files and communicate updates effectively

**About You**
- Proven experience with embroidery digitising (Wilcom or equivalent software)
- Strong understanding of embroidery techniques, machine settings, and materials
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and file management skills
- Located in Perth or Brisbane (preferred, but remote applicants welcome)
