We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Construction Admin Assistant to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day job compliance requirements, including documentation, permits, and reporting

  • Support the job management process including updating job records, tracking progress

  • Communicate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow

  • Assist with preparation and submission of safety documents and project paperwork

  • Maintain and update records across multiple platforms and systems

  • Provide general administrative support to the construction team and office operations

About You:

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Simpro training available)

  • A team player who's willing to pitch in wherever needed

  • Previous experience or education in construction administration or a similar role is advantageous, but not essential
