About the opportunity

To grow our Workplace Relations practice, Rigby Cooke Lawyers are currently looking for a senior associate to join our team. This is an opportunity to grow your practice and take the next step in your career towards becoming a partner.

We offer genuine flexibility with flexible work policies and hybrid working that will empower you to balance your professional and personal life with trust and autonomy. This opportunity is open to part-time or full-time work.

You'll be involved in a wide range of matters and a diverse client portfolio; advising on unfair dismissal, and general protections claims, workplace health and safety, compliance and governance, enterprise bargaining, and contentious litigation,
no two days will be the same
