About the company/role:

Our client is a supplier of laboratory consumables dealing directly with a variety of industries using analytical instruments. Our client is a close-knit team and the business is going through a rapid stage of growth. This role is ideal for a recent Chemistry Graduate who is looking for a full-time, office-based role. This is a permanent role with standard office hours.

Duties:

  • Answering client questions via call and e-mail
  • Provide quotations and generate invoices
  • Dispatch customer orders and liaise with courier companies
  • Become a technical expert on the companies product range
  • Work closely with Sales and Technical team members
  • Assist with end-of-month reporting and file management

Skills/experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related discipline
  • Previous experience working in a Chemistry Laboratory is highly regarded
  • Experience using ICP/ HPLC/ LCMS/ GCMS is beneficial to the role
  • Previous experience is a customer facing role is highly regarded
