What you'll be doing:

  • Performing routine inspections and general mechanical maintenance, repairs and services to conveyor systems and conveyor components, with a particular focus on scrapers and conveyor operations
  • Perform belt maintenance on mining equipment, on mine sites or in the workshop
  • Perform installations, repairs, adjustments, and change-outs to belt scrapers

What we're looking for:

  • Experience maintaining conveyor scraper systems and other conveyor components
  • A strong commitment to health, safety, and quality
  • 5+ years' experience in fixed maintenance on remote sites
  • Proven knowledge of conveyor system mechanical repair & maintenance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
