GMA Group is a rapidly growing grounds maintenance, asbestos removal, soil remediation business based in Bacchus Marsh.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Directors, you will be the financial backbone of our business, managing end-to-end accounting functions with precision and professionalism. This is your chance to be part of a supportive team in a company that values quality, safety, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities Include:

End to end accounts Payable & Receivable.

Payroll processing (STP, Superannuation, WorkCover, FBT, Co-Invest long service leave data management).
-
Month-end reconciliations & intercompany invoicing.
-
TPAR lodgement.
-
Asset register management.
-
Financial, Budgeting, Forecasting & Cashflow analysis and reporting.
-
Generating financial end-of-month reports, and other financial reports as required.

Administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum 3 year experience in a similar role within a small or medium business.
-
Bachelor's degree in accountancy or a related discipline.
-
Background in the construction/trade industry is preferred, but not essential.
-
Excellent communication, time management and attention to detail.
-
Experience using SimPRO (not requirement but would be amazing).
-
Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office Suite.
