Job Title: Contract Architect (Revit Specialist – Showroom Project)
Job Type: Short-Term Contract (4 Weeks)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Architect with strong Revit expertise to assist on a short-term, 4-week project focused on developing architectural drawings for a new showroom. The role involves translating design concepts into detailed technical drawings and 3D models using Revit, collaborating closely with our design team to deliver high-quality documentation under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use Autodesk Revit to develop architectural drawings and models for a showroom interior.
• Create detailed plans, elevations, and sections based on design concepts and direction from the lead architect.
• Collaborate with the internal design and visualization team to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.
• Produce documentation suitable for client presentation and contractor coordination.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the project schedule and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience using Revit in real-world architectural projects (preferably interior or retail design).
• Ability to interpret design sketches and convert them into accurate technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, deadline-driven approach.
• Available to commit full-time or part-time over the 4-week period, starting [insert start date].

Nice to Have:

• Experience with showroom, retail, or interior architecture projects.
• Familiarity with rendering tools like Enscape or Twinmotion.
• Knowledge of joinery or millwork detailing (a plus, not required).

Contract length: 1 month

Pay: $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• No weekends
