**Job Title**: Contract Architect (Revit Specialist - Showroom Project)

**Job Type**:Short-Term Contract (4 Weeks)**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a skilled **Architect with strong Revit expertise** to assist on a **short-term, 4-week project** focused on developing architectural drawings for a **new showroom**. The role involves translating design concepts into detailed technical drawings and 3D models using Revit, collaborating closely with our design team to deliver high-quality documentation under tight deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Use **Autodesk Revit** to develop architectural drawings and models for a showroom interior.
- Create detailed plans, elevations, and sections based on design concepts and direction from the lead architect.
- Collaborate with the internal design and visualization team to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.
- Produce documentation suitable for client presentation and contractor coordination.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the project schedule and quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience using **Revit** in real-world architectural projects (preferably interior or retail design).
- Ability to interpret design sketches and convert them into accurate technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, deadline-driven approach.
- Available to commit full-time or part-time over the 4-week period, starting [insert start date].

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with showroom, retail, or interior architecture projects.
- Familiarity with rendering tools like Enscape or Twinmotion.
- Knowledge of joinery or millwork detailing (a plus, not required).

Pay: $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- No weekends
