**Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced professional to coordinate return to work initiatives in the Newcastle area.

This exciting opportunity involves working with a growing team based at Mayfield, supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and aspirations.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Coordinate return to work programs and services
- Develop and implement best practice generalist WC/RTW policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives
- Provide expert advice on case management and return to work strategies

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 3 years experience in similar Case Management or Return to Work role
- Experience with Loss Prevention and Recovery (LPR) model/programs
- Sound knowledge of and experience in working within NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA), under section 52 of the 1998 Act.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)
- Demonstrated experience in issues management and investigations, including the implementation of solutions to resolve conflict.
- Evidence of contribution to the development and implementation of best practice generalist WC/RTW policies and procedures
- Experience using HRIS and CRM software.
- Demonstrated flexibility to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
