Your Role as Centre Director

As a hands-on, inspirational leader, you will:

  • Mentor and motivate a team of passionate educators to deliver exceptional care and learning.
  • Build strong relationships with families and the local community.
  • Oversee compliance, enrolments, budgets, and centre operations.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement to create an outstanding early learning experience.
  • Champion a child-first, inclusive, and safe environment for every family.
What We're Looking For

Diploma or ECT qualification (approved under ACECQA).

Previous experience as a Centre Director or Assistant Director (2+ years).

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

In-depth knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and compliance requirements.

Passion for early education and creating a positive workplace culture.

(Experience with OWNA software is a bonus but not essential.)
