About the role We are seeking two Lecturer's in Nursing to join the School of Nursing and Midwifery, where you will contribute to teaching, research, and engagement. In this role, you will design, coordinate, teach and assess across a variety of clinical and theoretical nursing subjects at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, while engaging with industry partners and consumers in subject design. You will produce high-quality research outcomes, including securing internal and external funding, publishing in leading journals, and managing small research projects. The role also involves supervising Honours, Masters and Doctoral students and building strong connections with industry and the wider academic community. About You You will bring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective and collaborative relationships with colleagues, students and industry partners. With experience in delivering high-quality teaching and learning, you will demonstrate leadership in developing teams and fostering productive collaborations. You will also have the capability to supervise Honours, Masters and Higher Degree Research students, supporting their academic and professional success. Other requirements include:

  • PhD in nursing (or close to completion)
  • APHRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Evidence of successful leadership in subject design and delivery
  • Experience in research activities with evidence of an emerging publication track record

What We Offer Base Salary Range: $125,240 - $148,229 (Level B), plus 17% superannuation (pension) The positions are full-time and will be made on a continuing basis.
