We are on the lookout for a Reception & Sales Administrator to join one of our clients in Rose Bay. Being the face of this multi-office agency, we are looking for someone who is well presented, articulate and has a passion for property.

About the role

  • Manage connections of internal and external phone calls
  • Day to day office support of sales and marketing
  • Aiding property management team with rental admin
  • Open and close agency
  • Manage office supplies
  • Welcoming clients
  • Maintain office cleanliness
