Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home physiotherapy services focusing on mobility, pain management, and strength building.
- Develop tailored care plans to help clients achieve functional goals.
- Focus on fall prevention, strength training, and providing educational support.
- Collaborate with local community teams and key stakeholders.
- Take a holistic approach to health care, promoting healthy living practices aligned with both community and organizational objectives.
What We're Looking For:
- Current registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA.
- A Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualifications recognized by the Australian Physiotherapy Council and AHPRA).
- Experience in community-based care is highly desirable.
- Ability to deliver high-quality treatments and interventions.
- Police Check (within the past 12 months).
- Willingness to obtain annual flu vaccinations.
- Proof of two COVID-19 vaccinations.
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
