About the Role

We're seeking enthusiastic, fun-loving, and dependable Educators to join our Before & After School Care team, with the opportunity to step into our vibrant Holiday Programs throughout the year.

No experience? That's okay

If you bring the energy and the heart, we'll help you grow the skills. Perfect for students in:

  • Early Childhood Education
  • Primary or Secondary Teaching
  • Youth Work or Community Services
  • Allied Health or Social Work

What You'll Be Doing

  • Facilitating games, arts, crafts, and interactive group activities
  • Building meaningful connections and guiding positive behaviour
  • Creating a caring, inclusive, and engaging space for every child
  • Supervising children on excursions and in-centre adventures
  • Following safety and wellbeing policies to ensure quality care

About You

  • Passionate about working with children and helping them thrive
  • Fun, hands-on, and always willing to get involved
  • A collaborative team player with great communication skills
  • Hold (or willing to obtain):
  • Working with Children Check (or VIT)
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
  • Available for shifts between: 7:00am–9:00am (Before School Care) & 2:30pm–6:00pm (After School Care). Optional 6–8 hourly shifts during school holidays
