The
Everyday Business Banking (EBB)
team supports the full spectrum of customers' needs from the smallest businesses to the largest corporates. We have accountability for Deposit and Transaction Product, and Portfolio Management, Commercial Cards, Cash Channel Strategy, Payment Acceptance Solutions, Business Customer Onboarding, Customer lifecycle Management, and Business Customer Propositions.

team, the
Propositions Crew
have the unique responsibility to design, build and run the high-profile customer propositions, that enable us to take the "best of CommBank" to the market. Our purpose is to deliver exceptional propositions to our business banking customers and grow our leading market share with greater customer value. Some of these propositions include; Real Estate and Strata, CommBank Yello for Business, Tradies, Sustainability Action Tool and Biz Enquiry.

Join the Real Estate and Strata Squad and be responsible for the product proposition and proposition delivery. In addition, you will work directly with a wide range of partners, stakeholders and distribution teams across the Business Bank to support our bankers and deliver on customer outcomes.

This is a 12-months secondment opportunity for an internal candidate, or a 12-months maximum term contract opportunity for an external candidate.
Do work that matters
As an experienced Senior Product Manager, you are responsible for the value, viability, and key results of the Real Estate and Strata portfolio. You are proficient across the following capabilities:

• Lead the design and development of market leading propositions to grow share of wallet, increase engagement and drive advocacy.
• Leverage networks and proactively seek out global best practice and new business partnering opportunities that will elevate our offerings.
• Lead partnership agreement negotiations to deliver on the strategy and actively manage the day-to-day relationships ongoing.
• Develop metrics and manage ongoing leadership reporting and updates to measure the success of propositions and initiatives.
• Work with teams across EBB, Payments, Marketing and Channels to bring the strategy to life, in a safe and sustainable way.
• Working closely with relevant teams to agree and track key prioritised work to achieve the agreed strategy and metrics within timeframes.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members to develop process maps, journey maps and presentation materials at the highest standard, to support internal and external conversations.

In addition, you will lead 5 high performing product managers. You will be responsible for driving people engagement and capability, aligning work streams and coordination of work, and talent strategy across the Crew.

We Are Looking For People Who Have

• Strong business acumen with demonstrated business development experience preferred
• 7+ years in product and proposition development and strategy (preferably in banking).
• Prior experience in leading through adaptive organisational and cultural change with a strong capability in organising complex streams of work with multiple dependencies and competing priorities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders
• Proven ability to work across many lines of business to influence outcomes.
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Customer centred design and customer journey design experience.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience
• Appropriate university qualification; degree or masters
