We are seeking a
strategic, hands-on Customer Success leader
to drive the adoption, retention, and growth of enterprise accounts across Australia and the APAC region. This is a
career-defining role
with responsibility for shaping the regional Customer Success function, influencing strategy, and directly engaging with senior enterprise clients in asset-intensive industries.
The Opportunity
As
Customer Success Director
, you will:
- Lead by example, managing a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts while coaching and mentoring your team.
- Own customer health, renewals, and expansion opportunities to ensure predictable revenue growth.
- Define and execute the APAC Customer Success strategy, maximising adoption, value realisation, and long-term retention.
- Partner with executives at client organisations to establish Prometheus as a strategic, trusted partner.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Support to deliver seamless outcomes and drive operational excellence.
- Establish scalable processes, playbooks, and metrics to support team success and growth.
What You Bring
- 10+ years in enterprise software/SaaS customer success, account management, or consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success driving adoption, renewals, and expansion in complex, enterprise accounts.
- Experienced player-coach - able to combine strategic leadership with hands-on account ownership.
- Strong understanding of asset-intensive industries (energy, utilities, mining, manufacturing) is highly desirable.
- High business acumen, executive presence, and ability to engage confidently at C-level.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
